Thorough, efficient, and friendly. Very happy with my experience at T.S.USA.

I brought my laptop in late on a Friday afternoon with a black screen believing it to be on its last legs. They called me midday on Saturday to pick it up, and it was working perfectly. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on a new computer, despite this one being quite old.

Kind person named Sali helped me out, figured out what was wrong with my laptop (motherboard/CPU problem). Gave it to me straight and said it wasn’t worth it to repair it unless I wanted to. Refused payment for the diagnostic as my laptop was a goner anyways. Wonderful human being.

Sali at TS USA Computer is friendly and exceedingly fair. I came to her with a malfunctioning printer. She figured out the issue, explained how to fix it, but then said unfortunately it was something she couldn’t do in-store. She refused to take any payment even though she spent several hours diagnosing the issue. My printer works again now like new after I implemented the fix she explained to me. I think she totally deserves a chance at earning your business!

They replaced the whole top half of my laptop and had it back to me within a week! The team found the right part and had it shipped into state just like that. Bonus points for noticing my sticker collection and giving me time to remove and return before they recycled the old broken part!😋👍
